The worst delivery managers are there, especially Neelam (she is arrogant, negative, and a typical serial vamp kind of woman who will make your life hell by playing politics. She is herself unskillful and knows nothing. She will show off that she is working a lot.). Unrealistic expectations and harassment. They will continuously degrade you so you can leave your job yourself.

You will develop tolerance towards humiliation/abusive language if you work here for more than 3 months.

Dislikes

1. You will be humiliated every other day. 2. From the very First week they make you feel that they are doing a favor by giving you job. Now its your responsibility to save your job by tolerating abusive behaviors' and overworking. 3. Almost every day you will have to work 12 + hours, Someone from management will take meeting at 9AM in the morning and other will take meeting at 8PM in the evening. 4. You will have to spend 4 to 5 hours daily in meetings (mostly useless and abusive) and then you have to spend at least 8 hours in development. If a meeting is taking more time then your shift time will increase accordingly. You can't say that i have spent time in meeting. 5. You will have to report your work to 10 different places, which will take time , but for them its just 2 min work. 6. Almost every one is new here in development department apart from few seniors members. So nobody to explain the project. For everything you will get only 1 answer you will have to explore it yourself. For exploring the project no time will be provided , according to them a new joiner can explore the 10 year old project in 15 minutes and can give exact estimate. Say you have estimated the work for 2 days and now its taking 5 days then your Saturday/Sunday will be wasted. 7. You will be begging to your TL/ Manger even for the explanation of the task they are assigning to you. 8.Micromanagement 9. Managers are here for only harassments. 10. You will feel like an outsider in the company. You wont' be at peace in the company for a single day....Read More
