Colleagues were good. Diwaali gifts were best. Some piers in Upper management are good. Can stay in the company for them only. Since they are very supportive.
Dislikes
Managers are bad. Some of them do Micro Management, some of them don't even know how to manage. Backstabbing and politics is on top. No recognition for efforts. Always asked to work on weekends and no weekend benefits are there. No proper training culture is there. They will tell nothing and will expect perfect results. Can go on about the negative list for long........
