No work life balance, ASM don't know to to behave with employee every single day after joining you will regret that why we came here. Even after secondary go good asm will try go find any shitt reason to defame you. Will keep calling you shitt. Hr is dumb here they know nothing about hr policies. Abusive language used by asm. Under this territory more than 15 SO changed in just 8 month. Pathetic life asm will call you in sunday to work in market. No work life balance.
