Tremendous brand trust. Challenging and hard market working. Field Sales Team is very passionate and hard working

Dislikes

Everybody is working one step below. No empowerment to anybody except few counted old people in the system. No work life balance. Pathetic in employee learning, training. Dabur must ensure HR existence. There is no visible growth path for anybody. Promotion is only by the wish list of few Top management people. There is no specific HR process for people development.

My current company is located 200 km from my home and offering company located 2000+ km from home. What should I do. Work experience in current company 6 years plus. Salary hike every year 6 to 9%.
