Senior is fixed 40 to 50% growth over last year given as target.If target not fulfill by sales officer zsm will also involved & pressurised employee by the hr for drop the resignation mail otherwise by hr side given mail for termination of concerned employee & his full & final will be not settled.So in this situation those employee worked in this company last 5 & 6 years or more he is surrendered for resignation for his F&F clearance.No Support from HR Side.Hr is a symbol he works as per guidance of Sales Managers & Top level managers such as zsm.bad role of HR.He is not taken employee side opinion.But team mates are supportive he is resolve if any problems related to order booking,regarding pending Claims & free issues....Read More

Because here without hand on the head of employee promotion will not done.I was working 6 years & 3 month,I joined dabur in October 2015 as Sales Incharge but till now i was also Senior incharge but after my joining some of my colleagues directly promoted by Sales Incharge to Sales Officers.This is very bad things i was feel because my performance was not dull.

Before lockdown i was fulfill my target in Health care division but after lockdown my hq was closed by management so one thing with me i was resign from dabur or accept transfer to other ayurvedic division so i was accept transfer in Ayurveda
