Corporate governance changed after the management handed over to the professionals. The personal touch that earlier used to be there is missing. Pressure for achieving budgeted targets , lot of forward planning increased. But overall had good time.

some time work pressure is very high and its land up to work more that 12 to 14 hours a day. the big gap area is the guidance from the top level management. No training for the senior level managers either on job or out of job, which creat a gap on mangers self development.
