Company policies. The MD is the only person who calls it as a luxury brand, when it comes to the employees working in the front end there is nothing as luxury, the company waits for one single opportunity to deduct money from your salary, example - suppose there is any shortage of product relax it's your salary that will get deducted. Suppose there is something that's damaged and you didn't realize that within 24hrs from the date you receive the stocks it's again a deduction and they will repair that and sale, along with that your money is gone. No national holidays that's ok cause it's retail but when it's a national holiday you must get a comp off.. Or double pay, when it's time for the company to give something forget that you get nothing. The only company I believe doesn't give a penny as gift in diwali 🤣😂...Read More

Work Details

Do 9 hrs of shift then as a manager you have to answer the MDs call directly at night after 12-1 am.. Why the sales is not good. Then mail etc. Guess that by yourself now.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
