Stupid company, they ate up money of my friend, HR Swasti and Sakshi don't have manners how to talk. HR are very bad in this organization. They take blank cheque at the time of joining which is illegal to have bond in India and then take 270000rs to provide relieving letter to employees.Lots of politics in this company. At the time of notice period they were very rude.

It's a great feeling to be part of Cyntexa. Working here is lot of fun, and the people are really helpful and supportive. The workplace culture is excellent. The work life balance is appropriate. PlayStation, Zenga and pool are just few of the games available. Super amazing company. 1. Work culture is quite cool and cooperative. 2. Amazing leaders who never make you feel that they are your seniors, in fact here the leaders eat with us and have a lot of fun with us. 3. Amazing infrastructure, in fact I think the coolest office in Jaipur. 4. Competitive salary and extra perks and benefits. 5. Flexible timing, even if you come late, they will not mark your half-day unlike other companies. Also, taking leave is super easy, you just need to inform and not like take permission beforehand. 6. I have been getting to learn and grow everyday that too with proper balance of work and fun . There is never a day when I don't feel like coming to the office . Along with work we can also get freshened up by various activities and games like TT, Play station , JENGA ETC. It has been a great journey so far . I am satisfies in every aspect such as Salary , office environment etc.
