What I really like about working at Cyntexa is the amazing company culture. The people are genuinely helpful and supportive. Whether you're stuck with something or just need guidance, there's always someone ready to help. Another cool thing is that there are no fixed seats, you can sit anywhere and work, which gives a nice sense of freedom. And there's a gaming zone too! I enjoy playing 8-ball pool and PS5 whenever I get a break. No one micromanages or questions you as long as your work is getting done. Also, the flexible timings make it really easy to maintain a good work-life balance, which helps me to work on my hobbies as well. Overall, I think it's a great place to build your career.

One aspect of the organization that sets it apart is its dedication to diversity and inclusion. I like the leadership team's effort to seek out applicants from varied backgrounds and strive for an inclusive work environment. Although the company does well in several areas, I think the strongest suit are transparency and communication which makes it easier for us to be more vocal and involved. The company also caters to our needs with its flexible work culture that fosters work-life balance. I have great expectations in terms of growth, exposure, and a fun-filled work environment at Cyntexa.

I have yet to find that out as I started working here recently. However, from this short experience i do not think there will be any negative experiences.
