They only keep teaching I was in company for 3 months and made me study Salesforce admin then I was made to study service now then I had to give assignment also being a girl in cyntexa is the worst thing as they don't give you personal space and want to check your devices.

Cyntexa has been a fantastic experience for me so far. I've joined here as a fresher and now I've learned so much here. I like the flexibility, you can take breaks or go for some personal work in between office hours. There is no one here to question or judge you, they understand the situation of people. Happy that I got the chance to start my career here.

Late night calls, if you refuse they will openly threaten to fire you. They take bond amount and it bind you with them for 2 years. This makes everything hell there. micro management, no learning, less salary than other companies, toxic culture and bad management.
