I was terminated from the job saying quality issue and my contract period was extended from August and no motivation at all Now I am jobless would compensate on my week offs and I gave my 100% I got 36% quality score When I was in My Twenties started my Career in BPO after COVID restarted My Career in BPO never got 36% in my entire career. No motivation just need to finish the target and one fine day I get mail from my manager stating that I did not meet expectations of the company standards and many who was lower than me all got permanent. When shalini promoted as manager, she destroyed the customer support team.... She is so unprofessional, does groupism, partiality, very rude, rough, negative attitude, she is the worst person in the company.... In fact she requested everyone personally on whatsApp to vote for her for the post of customer support manager.... She gives gift to her favourite candidate on their birthday....

Working since 4 years awesome place to work and everything is fine started as support team now working as quality. Over all there are good people to work. It is working from home now we have started with work from office and really excited to work.
