Dislikes

Pathetic culture for employees and no job security. It's a fitness company but doesn't care about their trainer's health, give them no time to relax with split shifts and they dont have positions to promote their employees, 95% people working on same positions for years after achieving best rating and then they find a small stupid reason to fire them and hire new college students at half their salary to save their cost....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
