Less involved leaders means relaxed work environment. Company is still in early phase hence freedom to experiment and explore. Better compensation and above average increment to all.

Focus on hiring overseas PhDs into key higher position while not being able to evaluate their expertise or willingness to work. Lack of ownership and communication between leads and teams. No learning or training excercise. Person centric system.
