Starting from CEO to Co founder everyone use slangs without necessity. Every day morning meeting is a nightmare for any one who as minimum self respect and dignity. Only uncultured people sustain in this organisation as backbone of organisation is developed on lies and false claims. HR is a complete lier. The outlier is a complete lier. From client to employees they cheat every body without blinking an eye. They will hire you with lot of dream with promise of zonal head region head etc etc. then they will push you to work as single manpower with a team target, confined within city without conveyance. Entire management is unstable with no sales strategy in place to boost the revenue. On top of that salary is never on time, you literally have to beg for your own salary, fnf is pending from last 6 months, and owner is saying they don't have money to pay.

Ola Uber Zepto & 95% Unicorns is something you will hear them talk in every interaction but in reality, they are not associated with these brands. Fake. They do not have people from Meta & Google which they highlight during pitches and employee induction. These are false statements. The HR starts the induction by threatening employees of legal consequences for speaking against her. This more than sums up the entire state of the company.
