I am satisfied by whole things given by Cummins . This place is best for work everyone is supporting moreover staff and office environment filled up positive energy which incourging for best

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but career growth is very slow I working very hard but higher authorities don't value for that I am eligible for some training but they didn't approved it rather than I do whole work related to training I want but in papers it didn't approved . So due to lack of these training I didn't receive as much which I deserve while work and pressure having same .

There is lot of learning. There is no senior /Junior culture. Promote diversity Very Good Company for Fresher and for starters. Everyone is treated Equally

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
