During tenure in BHEL for about 39 years, I still feel, I was proud executive of this company. Even after retirement, getting all retirement facilities without any difficulty. Culture is the best among all public sectors. No problem while working. You are dedicated, you will be appreciated and awarded also.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
