Dislikes

Continous salary delays, excuses of funds shortage and unexplained deduction. No clear communication or prior notice of deduction. Suddenly asked to resign without any proper review. False promises regarding full and final settlement dates, with no response to calls or messages. Disappointing experience with lack of transparency and unfulfilled commitments.

Cuberoot is Online advertising Company which run digital ads on social platforms as YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram etc. Good Opportunities for learning, Good co-operate by seniors, Helpful and tension free environment.

Dislikes

As other companies have few low points in every company. As the same some points are low at Cuberoot Technologies Pvt Ltd 1. Company not registered with any govt Employees benefit for example No EPF, No ESI and no Bonus available.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
