The only pride is central government organization.

Dislikes

The designation is like professional. But the work is labour. State team will never respect district managers. The only thing is they only wanted target. They give designation as District Manager, but treats as sales manager. This organization has a blackmailing culture. If employees doesn't achieve Target they will hold salaries. Not at all secure.

No growth in the work and the employee does not work hard full, in this company everyone is doing fraud ,like dm dc also having money taking money, i have submitted a proof against the DM taking money for the project pmgdisha to my manager but he does not respond for it

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
