As the HR Professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of human resources within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around talent acquisition, attendance and leave management, HR compliances, payroll processing, and overseeing exit formalities of employees. You will work closely with the HR team, department heads, and employees to ensure a seamless and compliant HR function that supports the organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process and ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training programs.
2. Attendance and Leave Management:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Process and approve leave requests in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Address attendance-related issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
3. HR Compliances:
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and compliance matters.
4. Payroll Processing:
- Manage payroll processing activities, including calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensations.
- Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies, and resolve issues in collaboration with finance and accounting teams.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll records in compliance with statutory requirements.
5. Exit Formalities:
- Coordinate and oversee the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
- Ensure smooth transition and compliance with company policies and legal obligations.
- Conduct post-exit analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience of more than 5 Years in HR management roles, with a focus on talent acquisition, HR operations, Payroll and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
