Long term projects and convenient office locations.

Dislikes

Disliked almost everything. First up poor management - Nepotism and regionalism plays a lot, after Acquiring Covansys, they treated Covansys employees really badly. CSC employees were treated 'superior' wrt opportunities and compensation. Second - Almost no onshore opportunities or promotions. Third - You cannot change your career stream no matter what, very incompetent HR. Fourth - May fire you any day because of poor bench policy....Read More

Work Details

Worked offshore for a Financial services client. My teammates were awesome and really gelled as a team but no reward whatsoever for good performance. Faced the heat when Covansys was being transitioned and people were just being shown the door.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
