Reward to those who work hard. Been in this company for 6 years, i have seen many changes , good and bad. Adapting to the situation and working hard not only to show on data sheet but having to proof yourself that you did your best, at tye end of the day, you feel happy.

I like the work environment, the employee whom i grow up with and plus if the managment can do better, we can reach new heights.

When i join this organization from day 1 I never feel pressurized and all the seniors are very good they always support you! If you work in this company you never feel that you are a agent you will feel like family else dur to some personal reasons I need quit my job else my target was to stay in this company for 5 to 6 years. Great team Atmosphere and never dull moment! This company practices what they preach and there are lots of opportunities to bound as a team and learn new things. Office party and team outing celebration were really very nice
