company supports nothing. No compensation. We are completing shifts and weekly offs were canceled and incentive was cut off to 50% as well. After that only 1 weekly off while I was hired for two. Leave policy does not make sense. You cannot take four week offs together it will marked as your PL and rest will be LWP. This lockdown hey call employees and inform from tomorrow you are on LWP.
