I was hired as fresher and really learned and earned there , however only the HR and Manager's are not professional,manager Kapil had transferred my folder to girl without consent ,only on her request can imagine frm that day he wanted to fire me however I was very good employee thr,but I was very confident about hr naresh, but he also let me down , during pandemic there management s dicide ,I don't knw about the whole company but only from my team, they decided to keep a girl who was not able to complete the target even every mtnh and kept 3 mnths joiners who were working with the same manager In there last organization and fired there 2 years old employee who were hire as fresher moreover he promised that hiring would be thr we never receive any call this showed how fake the and unprofessional management is,I got bit emotional and learned that you should not love your organisation love your job and transformed my self as experienced and now I am working with a n organization where I am getting paid almost like manager over ther....Read More

company supports nothing. No compensation. We are completing shifts and weekly offs were canceled and incentive was cut off to 50% as well. After that only 1 weekly off while I was hired for two. Leave policy does not make sense. You cannot take four week offs together it will marked as your PL and rest will be LWP. This lockdown hey call employees and inform from tomorrow you are on LWP.
