The compny is good from Overall .i get a good knowledge and supportive teammates, work environment is nice and not seen such politics during a Woking period. Different learning points are got during Woking time. I didn't get a abroad but because of some project reading visit to another state at gujrat. There is nothing much to like about.

Director is extremely sick. A single employee has been handed over 18-20 projects at one time. No work life balance at all. Even on saturdays you have to work. Most worst thing is about timings. Office starts at 8.30 am and shft ends at 6.30 pm. But you have loads of work given so have to wait til late after office hours. Contact previous employees then only think of joining crystal.
