I dislike politics in Cryoviva at every level. I lost my Job because of some egotist people. I pray to God please give them good sense. So that they realize that someone is working for his/her family. One day they will also face this situation. not a good culture.! No power given to the management and only owner of the franchise has decision making and rest all are clueless about any process. And as usual owner wont meet you or give a clear picture of the situation.

Its one of the finest company as i work ever.there are a lot of things to learn,teammates,seniors are very cooperative.In term of salary,appraisal and management much ahead than others.

I think there is no question of dislike one thing i suggest to hr team they should include outing ,visiting tour nearby place once in a months.
