This company have many good things like healthy environment.....employee friendly , working culture etc.

Dislikes

The only thing is the upper office management.....who don't know the efforts of sales person which are hardly working for the company and making its image in the market.....it should be prompt for their responsibilities.

I work really hard for the company....i am making its image on the top against the competitors ...and yes it's very challenging...but I enjoy my work profile here.

This is a good experience with cryoviva because, this product & service is quite different than other product,As a life saving product like stem cells I love to promote a new innovation and new medical advance technology. I have definitely learnt many more from here like organisational behavior and improve my communication skills.

I dislike here the training part and career growth is very narrow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
