As a company it's fine but the managers are horrible. They never come to the field for any kind of support & never try to understand the issues facing in market.only they need business.In daily basis they give threat to hold the salary and remove the person from company. Very very bad experience I had, Even unable to complete my 3 month.

Work culuture is okay here and some of the employees are so good that they doesn't make you feel like you are a new joiny or you are a junior.

But some of the employees are very pathetic, just because they are the managers they start talking shit about you behind your back cause off course they don't have the guts to say it on your face. Because it is a kolkata based company they always prefer people from kolkata, so if you can tolerate that kind of people who will talk anything about you weather it is good or bad behind your back you can join here........and one more thing and the most important one, this place is not so good for girls.......i mean not every one who is at the senior post is a creep here but accept 2 to 3 ones........if anyone wants to confirm go to their HR and ask her......she will let you know that from how many creeps you need to stay away....Read More
