No job security here.current management is terrible who only looks after themselves and they have nothing to do with the employees.policies of company are only on papers but on actual nothing happens.work culture is very poor.management only likes boot lickers.

there is no one in the management to look after the remuneration and hike in salaries.Instead half salaries was deducted when business was doing well.Senior management expects alot in petty salary provided.Just a thank you note is given even if someone drives exceptional results and work.In the pandemic is even worse everyone is saving their position and competing among themselves for no reason. Just don't put too much pressure on your employees,they are already going through alot due to pandemic. Pathetic. Policy of making proper work life balance is just on papers. 9 hours duty is seen as underperformed employee.Efficiency is seen as recklessness.Even working extra hours will give you nothing but a thank you note.

They have asked me to either resign or they will terminate me. No salary since April, 2020.

They R not supporting the staff. How the staff will servive they R least bothered. They should have offered 50% Salary to staff for their survival.
