Work pressure. But we cannot blame the company for it as it’s customer demands are as such and because of cossdigital customers we are getting our salary month on month without fail.

Very Homely and Caring. Office is simple but experience gained is excellent. We have Medical Insurance, Snacks, Rewards for outstanding performance, Internal Training to keep up with the changing trend, Latest equipment all are iMacs with latest Software, Small Cultural celebration & Birthday Cilebrations. Sometimes jobs are more and we need to extend our working hours to complete the work. Don't blame Cross Digital but customer demands are like that. We have to complete all work received the same day.

It is Very good company for freshers to learn and gain some knowledge. But one thing you can not do is enjoyment it is very strict, about the office rules... For freshers, it is good to learn and a good opportunity... And there is no time limit for work.
