There is a lack of professionalism in the workplace. Employees are using informal, village-style language such as "aray" and "thammudu." The managers and senior employees are behaving poorly; they lack proper communication skills and do not know how to treat other employees respectfully. They even lack basic common sense. My suggestion to the company is to hire employees with strong communication skills. A person with excellent work skills but without communication and presentation abilities is ineffective. Therefore, the HR team and hiring managers need to prioritize communication skills during recruitment, as it is crucial for the success of any organization....Read More
