Long working hours everyday, have to work on weekends as well people expect you to do you work even when you are on leave, sometimes have received work late at night and had to stay up all night. Work culture is pathetic and no empathy towards employees despite complaints submitted to higher management no action taken instead advised to continue working the same way.
