Not much of politics. Very much different when compared with big setup companies, Since it has a very small setup (8- 10 SD headcount ) in Hyderabad . In India it's the only place the service desk operation is setup. You can very well balance your work and life.

Appraisal was not streamlined . Some will like the work environment & some won't, since it'll be like sitting in small hall. (I liked it). You need to learn some SAP module if it comes to Growth part( still not promised). In addition to SAP service desk.

Work Details

It's very different for me, since I've moved to Cristal from JP Morgan. Big to small setup. I've learnt things myself except the SAP module and the T-codes which I took help from SAP team. Nothing much to say.
