It's a sales based company.Growth and learning opportunities are there in sales but not in other departments.Complete Top down approach. Favouritism abound- appraisals are completely based on favouritism.

Good company if you can take pressure of sales . Great incentives and salary, great team atmosphere. Good leadership as well

Management doesn't care about employees. No fun activities. Since last 15months non of the employees got there PF amount.. and they are not even giving the deadline to credit the PF amount..
