This company is very bad but my manager was very nice person mr Athul SJ he helped me alot in this journey . He is the best manager in crio even the team mates were very good .

So much dirty office , no coffee machine , no proper hygiene in toilet when we complain about the toilet issue no one cares .Very bad office environment.

There is no work life balance, Weekoff get compensated if there is any national holiday. The week when you don't give sales that week off is also working for you and compensation for it. Appraisal is also lower then inflation. Offer letter work timing is 11 to 8 but they ask to come at 10 and go at 9 or 10 ( No personal life as because they don't have any)

The culture is becoming toxic like byjus due to blind sheep like managers and Sr. Managers. With no affliation to any of their "education" or endorsements of any kind, just to make profits, they keep increasing the prices of the courses. Employees are treated poorly.
