No work life balance As a fresher I made a huge mistake in joining here . The manager use more abusive words in front others and don't know how to treat other feelings. To be Frank the manager I worked in Chennai branch he will do partiality. If a person is struggling to put a sale they won't correct they will use abusive words and treat a slave to wait till late hours

I’m unsure from where to start but definitely want to disclose the fact that each and every person quitting from the company including senior managers recently especially from Chennai location . There’s is no work life balance at all . If you are a girls then definitely not suggestible do join here because you manager will not allowyou to logout at time . HR will inform the timings for 8hrs and from 2nd day onwards they will expect you to start work atleast for 9hrs and not than that . Do yourself a favour , please do not join this company. Worst work life balance . Work starts at 10:30-11 am and should end at 8:30 but they will force you to stay till 9:30 - 10pm. 1 day week off and they will force you to work on Suandays too without extra pay.
