Crio was the best organisation to work when it was led by Rathina and Sridher. But since the acquisition happened, it's now another Skill-lync. Employees are fighting for ther PF which has not been credited since last one year. So many ex-employees lost their jobs due BGV failure because PF was not credited. No work life balance As a fresher I made a huge mistake in joining here . The manager use more abusive words in front others and don't know how to treat other feelings. To be Frank the manager I worked in Chennai branch he will do partiality. If a person is struggling to put a sale they won't correct they will use abusive words and treat a slave to wait till late hours

It's a sales based company.Growth and learning opportunities are there in sales but not in other departments.Complete Top down approach. Favouritism abound- appraisals are completely based on favouritism.

Do yourself a favour , please do not join this company. Worst work life balance . Work starts at 10:30-11 am and should end at 8:30 but they will force you to stay till 9:30 - 10pm. 1 day week off and they will force you to work on Suandays too without extra pay. Worst management I have ever seen. If you want to build your career asBDA, DO NOT JOIN HERE.
