The training was good, they teach lot of things related to job profile, make u perfect for the job profile. Few people are good, they support you when you are stuck anywhere. May be if you are working from office, it is good.
You get lot of work compared to the work hours. Everyday you will hear workload is high, please manage. And then you need to stretch your working hours. They will scold you for working late but will not reduce the work load. You will get incentives but they will reduce the amount because of complaints, quality, etc. Basically you need to work hard to get incentives. Your week offs will change every month, you shift timing will change every month. Whole life go upside down because of this. Still they will ask you to work on weekends. You cannot get holiday on national holiday as well, they will make you work that time as well. You can never work as you want. And if somehow you are highlighted for anything they will be always be behind you, poke you all the time, make your life hell. There is a contract so, if you resign before that you need to give money, eventually you will take defeat and give money and resign, because you will get fed up with this all....Read More

Nepotism. People who will praise upper management and would indulgent into person conversation with them, would go on smoke breaks with them will get benefit over hard working employees. Talent dies not speak here, buttering managers of CS team does.

Only I liked the skill development and the training period. You gain moderately good time management skills.
You are made to work like a donkey for earning peanuts. On the face, their treatment is nice and polite. However, then reality hits you later after training period. It does not get better even after becoming a team lead. Their good behaviour is just on paper or just for show so that they do not face any legal repercussions. They like to play psychological mind games to bring you down. Everyday your workload will be naturally high as per your shift. The work never ends on time. They know this, yet they blame the employee for not finishing on time. Many of my colleagues and myself used to face last min and inconvenient work allocations. Also this is done deliberately even on the last working day to inconvenience the employee. They make issues over the smallest of mistakes. They blame every mistake upon the editor. Humans cannot be perfect, especially not under deadlines. Quality work needs time. They do not understand that. Incentives and bonuses are a joke. There is barely any overtime compensation. Most of them will be taken away from you under the name of ISOs. You get tired eventually of the intense deadline-driven work environment.
