Low work life balance. You will have to support extra hours. You'll feel constant pressure to deliver in short timeline. More focus on delivery and timelines rather than quality.

They do not value employee. After giving gold awards to 2 years in the third year they fire the same employee by saying closing the position. Company is not at all safe in terms of job security. Also, too much workload, pressure conditions to work, politics and favorism. People only stay in such org as they have Emi to pay. Other similar banks are way better.
