Interview Process. I had to give 4 rounds of interview. First with HR than VP, MD and finally CEO. I had great experience while facing each person during the interview and had soo much to learn from them. The interview process was the primary reason to choose the offer.

Credvest doesn’t consider candidates from Real estate background. I have friends from Real Estate and I am not able to refer them here.

One of the highlights of credvest is it's incentives program. whether through monetary or non monetary like Phones, Bikes etc. Each top performer will be recognised and rewarded irrespective of the tenurity in the organisation.

The delay in the incentives and travelling allowance has to be looked and should be rectified.

Firstly, Credvest has a cool work cultivation This has given me a space to explore myself in sales and Pre-sales. I have learnt a lot here from my seniors and been promoted as a Senior Relationship Manager within 6 months of my joining.

Dislikes

Should implement 5 day working for all the teams and the company can increase the leaves for new joiners during their probation.
