Almost Everything. Well, in the name of work life balance they won't force you to work, but they will keep sett plsing unrealistic timelines for your task and let you have the heat so badly that you wouldn't have any other option. Most of the leads are rude, make you feel horrible if you miss timelines, And by that system they willalways be on top of you, so that you can never oppose them. Also through out my tenure there was zero job security because they will always find a way to make you feel low.
