They will teach us life lessons about how good they look from outside but how bad things can get inside toxic organisations like these. What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

Almost Everything. Well, in the name of work life balance they won't force you to work, but they will keep sett plsing unrealistic timelines for your task and let you have the heat so badly that you wouldn't have any other option. Most of the leads are rude, make you feel horrible if you miss timelines, And by that system they will always be on top of you, so that you can never oppose them. Also through out my tenure there was zero job security because they will always find a way to make you feel low. They got so many loopholes in bylaws, you wouldn't know what to do, actually they need them to work how they work. There are a few very smart people from whom you can learn a lot, but I doubt because either good ones will be too busy to bother with you or bad ones will focus their energy on making others feel how big the difference is rather than help others out....Read More
