Good culture. No need of reporting to anyone is a complete freedom and it helps to increase our self discipline.

Pay hike was not great compared to the freshers joined after me.

Work Details

The job is quite dull for me as days passed. Working on the same technology for almost 1.5 years. No opportunity.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
