I liked how my team was supportive at the time when I joined the organisation.

Dislikes

The work pressure is bearable and manageable but the organisation does not provide any growth opportunities to their employees . The appraisals are not at all timely. The upper management is very manipulative in terms of job assigned at the beginning and later when you are a part of the organisation. The Human Rrsources department also does not work according to the employee satisfaction but according to what their seniors say....Read More
