It's a fantastic company to work with however there were manager who were just managers they were not leaders as they had no idea about team leading

CoWrks is a very nice place to work for on an overall basis. They do take care of employees in terms of compensation by paying employees after looking into the employees experience and the requirements of the job being offered. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
