Job Description
- Support Revenue Team : Assist the Revenue team with day-to-day activities, including Salesforce management (Including ticket management), pipeline tracking, and preparing sales reports.
- Data Analysis : Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, track performance, and generate insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement : Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- CRM Management : Maintain and update Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to enable smooth workflows and effective communication.
- Reporting : Generate regular reports on sales metrics, including revenue, growth, and customer acquisition, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams : Work with Revenue, Marketing Experience teams to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment on company objectives.
Preferred qualifications
- Education : Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience : 1-4 years in a sales operations, sales support, or similar role (experience in coworking or real estate is a plus).
- Technical Skills : Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshworks etc) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and variance.
- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with multiple teams.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
