In two words 'work culture' yes I must say it is what I find the most important aspects, the salary part is too good. Yes, I really appreciate the work-life balance here, no extra work after the working hours personally gives me satisfaction because when I get home I don't have to worry about the professional work. I have a two yearold daughter, and I can spend time with her without being glued to my screen. This is what makes nights and sweeps lethargy out of me. Since I am a single parent, my needs are a bit different from others. If there is a crèche facility at the company, that'll just sweep in a place like me to the company. I know it's too much to ask for from a corporate company but given the ethical values the company has demonstrated in its conduct, I would not be surprised if there is a creche facility here someday.

In my opinion what makes me like this company is its work culture. You can always feel the aura of Positivity and optimism in the company at all levels. Employees are not harassed here with over work and able to give enough time to my family. This gives me immense satisfaction as i’m able to do justice with them. Company’s policy toallow employees to leave early from office without salary deduction. I would say that Dislike is too negative a word for the organisation i’ve been working for. Instead, Some suggestion would be better, Company’s keen interest in solving the issue is commendable. What needs further improvement is the connection between the management and the employees. Weekly get-Together would be more than enough for it . Rest is as fine as sunshine.

But I must say this organization really has gone the extra mile insuring a perfect work culture, which promotes the overall productivity of employees and also gives them timely recognition with promotions. Company is new .But the way they have supported me and entire branches during COVID across Pan India is Incredible . A question to those who are reading this . Which company have not deducted the salary during first and second Covid.? I agree ,twice I got salary on 3rd of April and May but I am happy that I have received it in FULL. And there is not even any other month that I received my salary delayed . All salary is on time . Let me blunt to say this that we have not done great business during Covid period but company didn’t touch our payouts -not even single penny . My fellow member have correctly mentioned that deduction on salary are there but due to improper attendance but there is no cut , if you don’t achieve targets . We came on rare Tuesday ( due to project launches ) or on weekly off but My manager Have compensated my off as well . The people who will be thinking that there is no Incentive can come and visit to any of our branch on First Monday and can verify the hefty amount of incentives we get .
