Totally time pass.very bas.they deduct your salary without any reason.signed a bond and need cheque from your end.if you leave the organisation that time they encash your cheque.very forcely to work.

...amily. This gives me immense satisfaction as i’m able to do justice with them. Company’s policy to allow employees to leave early from office without salary deduction. This perk gives me innate satisfaction and all a sense of job security as the company is very concerned for the mental as well as physical well being of tge employee’s.

I would say that Dislike is too negative a word for the organisation i’ve been working for. Instead, Some suggestion would be better, Company’s keen interest in solving the issue is commendable. What needs further improvement is the connection between the management and the employees. Weekly get-Together would be more than enough for it . Rest is as fine as sunshine.

...ling. Company policy are good and fair. The place if fully sanitized and secure. They give good salary and bonus.

...alary on 3rd of April and May but I am happy that I have received it in FULL . And there is not even any other month that I received my salary delayed . All salary is on time . Let me blunt to say this that we have not done great business during Covid period but company didn’t touch our payouts -not even single penny . My fellow member have correctly mentioned that deduction on salary are there but due to improper attendance but there is no cut , if you don’t achieve targets . We came on rare Tuesday ( due to project launches ) or on weekly off but My manager Have compensated my off as well . The people who will be thinking that there is no Incentive can come and visit to any of our branch on First Monday and can verify the hefty amount of incentives we get . I must say the liberals managers and we all people only can create atmosphere not the company policies . I am 100% satisfied employee since inception of pune.

Overall there is nothing to like about this company. You will learn and experience a lot about real estate.

... want you to provide your own car or bike but they will not provide any parking. You have to pay 80 daily from your salary. 5) No Convenience paid to employee for any official site visit. 6) 9 hrs Shift Fixed and no overtime payment. 7) Manager say 6:30 hai to kya hua 7:30-8 pm se pehle uthne nahi dungi. 8) No Working Environment feels like they are all dead from inside. 9) HOD doesn't know how to behave. If you dont agree to him he straight away says dont come from tomorrow. 10) Feels like they treat employees like dogs. 11) Incentives and Commission never paid on time in sales. Most Important > Company pays you salary but your company expenses will be so high that it feels like you are paying back to the company. For eg. If your salary is around 23k in hand as a fresher from that salary you have to pay 40 for bike and 80 for car parking daily, monthly will be 2000 fixed. Then they will not pay any convenience for official site then add petrol charges also avg will be 8000 per month. Then add your travel expense from home to office and return avg 3k-4k per month. Then add miscellaneous expenses 2k-3k per month. What will you take home 5000 only. How can you survive ? Thats my personal experience, figures used are for explaining only not the actual figures.
