Since it was co working space there were a lot of events happening and that is the only thing I found good about 91springboard

Dislikes

A lot of things actually No proper guidance for new joiners No job security No proper management of team No proper review with managers I won't recommend anyone to join here

There is nothing that I like about 91springboard. There wasn't any support from anyone.

There are a lot of things which I don't like about 91springboard but I will state only a few important one which I think anyone joining 91springboard should know 1. I had my interview in month of September last week and as a finance person I asked the HR as well as the hiring manager (CFO) about the company performance financial .. Their answer was "all our 28 hubs are running profitable and we are growing with 2X speed per year ", then I joined in mid november first day at office 30 People were laid off saying company isn't doing well and it's a part of cost cutting. Covid-19 situation company laid off 22-28% of its workforce but still their job ad post this shows we are running profitable, why lie ?? Why is the company putting others job at stake ?? 2. Company management:- yes startup, you can walk up to the CEO and talk to him freely but company never takes ur ideas, not a single help from company's management. 3.the office politics:- if aren't in the good books of ur manager then however hard you work no one cares....Read More

During COVID the company took a drastic step of layoff and also the company is high in nepotism.The department heads had tried to keep their direct hires rather than taking the decision based on the experience and skill set to match. No proper treatment of employees, they are treated unequally, one feels that they are never part of the team.

Dislikes

People don't treat you equally, as the employee average age group is 23. Hence people who are experienced feel left out. No big learning from the company, career growth-wise no scope. The Appraisal system is weird, though they have a 360-degree format it is very subjective rather being objective. People get 3 to 4 promotion within aspan of 2 years and then it becomes stagnant. Highly political environment. old-timers are being given the upper hand and the new timers are sideline though they are contributors to the org. Work-life balance is good but that's not the only thing that an employee looks in for in an org....Read More
