They are not having any humanity in pendamic situation they have asked more than 70% employees to leave the organization and also they pressured us that if we won't resign by our own then they people will forcefully terminate the employees. Basis on our carrier security many of them have resigned as senior's and human resource management pressure was too much.

JOB SECURITY- This company running on Losses, dependent on Investors to pay salary, 2 Months salary was not paid to all companies on Jan 2023 and Feb 2023, which still remains uppaid to this date. Forget appraisels, Appraisels are suppose to happen on april, but they conduct it on november, and that too dosnt give any hike..and they say that company is having lack of funds hence cannot give appraisals, If you are planning to join this company, negotiate to remove your variable amount and add it to your fixed, because dont expect to get variable component in this company....Read More
