Extremely positive Environment and how employees are treated irrespective of their designation. Coursera heavily invests in Employee welfare, creating an environment where an employee feels that they are working for their "Own" venture and this feeling makes an employee perform at their best daily. An excellent place to learn something new each day Sorry to say but the majority of Indian companies judge employees based on their package and designation and miss the larger picture of how they can make every employee part of their own vision & mission. Being a global company, sometimes things move a little slowly and I believe this is the case with every big organisation where they sometimes lose the agility wrt to change and implementing things
